Dandenong Magistrates Court

I regularly appear at Dandenong Magistrates Court which is one of the busiest Magistrates courts in Victoria. I have saved many drivers like you from jail terms at Dandenong Magistrates Court. Only recently in June 2015 I saved a middle aged man on his sixth drink driving charge with a reading of .139% from jail. Instead I obtained for him a corrections order. He was a very happy man as he could keep his job as a panel beater. Being a court that covers all of Dandenong many of my cases involve new arrivals to Australia  on student or temporary visas who are not familiar with our road laws. Many drivers are caught at booze buses and late at night coming home from the city. Magistrates regard drink driving as serious and you can go to jail. I will represent you at Dandenong Court and present a detailed plea to the Court on your behalf. My aim is to avoid jail for you and instead obtain other penalties such as a fine or community work order. Many drivers are caught driving suspended or driving disqualified in Dandenong. Many drivers are caught driving to work or driving their work vehicles. At Dandenong Court I have saved many persons who are repeat offenders for driving suspended from jail.
